our ethos We endeavour to create a warm and friendly atmosphere in all our establishments, offering food of a high standard. Where the interior and exterior has a timeless quality. Where possible we use local suppliers for as many services as possible, from the wine supplier to the butcher. All our bars and pubs are extremely busy but do get a bashing, we aim to maintain the fabric of the premises to a high standard with attention to detail. We are very proud of all our management and staff, as they always keep smiling during the working week.
